Who Can Apply?

We are primarily a handmade market, meaning the majority of your items should be crafted by you. We accept vendors in the following categories:

  • Jewelry

  • Clothing & Sewn Items

  • Knitted Items

  • Home Decor

  • Woodwork, Glasswork, or Paper Crafts

  • Candles, Soaps, Skin Care (Note: No candle burning at the event)

  • Food (must have Food Safe certification)

  • Art (paintings, drawings, etc.)

  • Pet Items

Vendors are chosen based on product type, craftsmanship, and the overall market mix to ensure a balanced and diverse shopping experience.

and the heartwarming North Pole Express show. Admission is free, and it’s fun

for all ages!

BOOTH OPTIONS & PRICING

We offer both indoor and outdoor vendor spaces.

Outdoor Vendor Spot: $55

  • Tent Size: 10ft x 10ft

  • Bring your own tent, table, chair, and weights. Be prepared for winter weather as no power or heaters are provided. Small propane heaters are allowed.

Indoor Vendor Spot: $75

  • Table Size: 6ft x 30"

  • We will provide a table and 2 chairs for you. There will be no power supply.

Young Entrepreneur Spot: $25

  • For vendors up to Grade 12, offering a smaller, shared indoor table space.

Vendor Requirements

  • Product Focus: Vendors must sell handcrafted or original products. No reselling of mass-produced items.

  • Raffle Donation: Each vendor is required to donate one handcrafted item valued at $20 or more for our fundraising raffle. You may include business cards or promotional material with your donation.

  • Contest Prize Sponsorship: Although optional, we strongly recommend each vendor to sponsor one or more prize items for our contest that is designed to bring more shoppers to the craft fair and potentially more sales for vendors. Your prize donation will be used to promote your business and to entice shoppers to join the contest and visit the craft fair, so the higher the value of your donated item, the greater the odds of you making more sales. You may also include business cards or promotional material with your sponsorship prize.

  • Liability Insurance: Approved vendors must have a minimum of $2 million in vendor liability insurance. We’ve partnered with Duuo to offer affordable one-day coverage starting at $17. Learn more about insurance options here.

  • Photos: Vendors must provide 2 to 4 high-quality photos of their products during the application process, which may be used for event promotions.

Vendor Setup Information

We offer both indoor and outdoor vendor spaces.

Outdoor Setup:

  • Date: Saturday, December 7th, 2024

  • Time: 7:00 AM to 9:45 AM

  • Vendors must be fully set up by 9:45 AM, as the market opens promptly at 10:00 AM.

  • No power is available, so plan accordingly with any displays or lighting.

Indoor Setup:

  • Date: Friday, December 6th, 2024 , 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM

  • Indoor vendors may also finalize their setup on Saturday from 7:30 AM onwards.

Display Guidelines:

  • Booth displays must be attractive, organized, and include some festive holiday elements (e.g., battery-operated lights, Christmas decor).

  • No attaching items to venue walls or blocking adjacent vendor spaces with tall displays.

  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your application based on product type, market balance, and craftsmanship. You will be notified if your application is approved, and payment must be made within 7 days to secure your spot.

  3. Pay Your Fee: Once approved, pay the booth fee via the instructions provided. All payments are non-refundable and must be completed within 7 days.
