Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the annual Maple Ridge Christmas Craft Fair to be held on Sat. December 6th, 2025, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
This is both an indoor AND outdoor Christmas market.

INDOOR VENDORS will be provided with a 6ft x 30" table and a chair. Power will NOT be supplied. Cost - $75

OUTDOOR VENDORS are required to bring their own setup - tent, table, chair etc. that can fit in a 10ft x 10ft spot. You must have tent weights. Please be fully prepared for winter weather. A tent wall is advisable. Power will NOT be supplied. Cost - $55.

We have a limited number of smaller indoor spots for YOUNG ENTREPRENEURS (up to grade 12). These will be shared tables. Cost - $25

As this is primarily a handmade market, main items must be the original work of the craftsperson.

This market is curated. Acceptance into the market will depend on a number of factors including, but not limited to the the type of product being sold, craftsmanship, order in which applications are received, as well as the market mix. Our goal is to create a balanced market for both vendors and shoppers alike.

FUND RAISING DONATIONS: Vendors are kindly requested to donate one of their hand-crafted items (ideally), with a min. value of $20 to go towards our fundraising raffle baskets. Feel free to include your business card and promotional material with this. Donations will be collected prior to the market so that we have enough time to properly assemble the baskets. Thank you kindly for your support.

CONTEST PRIZE SPONSORSHIPS: Vendors will have the opportunity to also sponsor a prize item for our marketing contest that is designed to attract more shoppers to the craft fair and potentially increase your sales.

What will you donate?

Please tell us about what you will donate.

We would appreciate if you can upload a picture of the item (optional)
